Subscription disabled without explanation
This morning my company's Azure subscription was terminated without any explanation, beyond saying that there had been "suspicious activity". We have raised support tickets, but are repeatedly told that "Our earlier decision remains, and your account will stay closed due to violation of Azure terms of use." No further explanation is given, nor is any way to escalate the matter.
We are a registered company, on a paid subscription plan, using Azure to serve one SaaS products. We do not believe that we have breached any part of the acceptable use policy, and if it emerged that we had we would take immediate action to remedy the breach. This is costing us money and we would like to know who we can contact to resolve the situation.
The weight of this suspension reverberates far beyond our platform. Thousands of educators, tutors, and students depend on our platform, not just as an academic tool but as a vital source of income and learning. The ramifications, both financially and in terms of trust, are profound.
