Hello,

I would like to know how the password reset with MS Azure SSPR can interact from an application like Workday for example.

That's to say when I am on the password reset page of an application, it's azure SSPR which manages the password reset with my email from the application concerned.

Knowing that the SSPR part is already configured on azure.

Could you give me a help about that, please

I'm sorry in fact I was wrong because it has already been done.

Actually my question is in case of a person who has a personal email account which uses as a recovery email account for the MFA when resetting the password; I would like that when we reset the password, the email that serves as recovery (personal email) goes through the personal mailbox rather than the company email.

There is a population in my company who has a company account (mailbox) but who are not likely to use it, they must only use a personal mailbox and when they want to reset their password. I would like the password reset email to be sent to their personal email box but not to their company email box.

Could you help me about this please?

Hi @Williams, Richard - Infogene , thanks for the question. Please follow these steps and let me know your results:

Configure Single Sign-On (SSO): Set up SSO between Workday and Azure AD. This will allow users to access Workday using their Azure AD credentials. You can follow the Azure AD SSO integration tutorial for Workday to configure SSO.
Enable Azure AD SSPR: If you haven't already, enable and configure Azure AD SSPR for your organization. You can follow the tutorial on enabling self-service password reset (SSPR)
Customize Workday password reset page: Customize the password reset page in Workday to redirect users to the Azure AD SSPR page when they need to reset their password. You may need to work with your Workday administrator or consult Workday documentation to achieve this.
