Hello,

I would like to know how the password reset with MS Azure SSPR can interact from an application like Workday for example.

That's to say when I am on the password reset page of an application, it's azure SSPR which manages the password reset with my email from the application concerned.

Knowing that the SSPR part is already configured on azure.

Could you give me a help about that, please

I thank you in advance.

Best regards

Hi @Williams, Richard - Infogene , thanks for the question. Please follow these steps and let me know your results:

    1. Configure Single Sign-On (SSO): Set up SSO between Workday and Azure AD. This will allow users to access Workday using their Azure AD credentials. You can follow the Azure AD SSO integration tutorial for Workday to configure SSO.
    2. Enable Azure AD SSPR: If you haven't already, enable and configure Azure AD SSPR for your organization. You can follow the tutorial on enabling self-service password reset (SSPR)
    3. Customize Workday password reset page: Customize the password reset page in Workday to redirect users to the Azure AD SSPR page when they need to reset their password. You may need to work with your Workday administrator or consult Workday documentation to achieve this.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
