Accidentally used a personal mail address for certification

Dear,

I completed my PL-900 exam yesterday. However, it did not appear on the Certifications tab. I think I used a personal mail address for my exam, but since it's a personal one, I cannot link it. How can I get my PL-900 exam in my certifications? I don't want to retake the exam.

Please note the MCID is similar.
