1 interrupted acction. Error 0x80070032: the request is not supported. How to fix?
I work in the support desk at a company. I prepare the hardware. Users log in with their company data and the notebook is set up for them through Intune. This also includes installing OneDrive. For some employees, the error message appears when opening an "Online-Only" file. I have attached a screenshot of the error message.
However, if you press "Cancel", you can see that the file has a "green check mark" and it can be opened again normally.
In principle, the file should be downloaded if necessary and then opened without receiving this error message. I need help with this.
