Unable to retrieve cost reports

Since roughly 9AM eastern time today (8/24/2023), the report download URLs returned to us by the API have been unable to be resolved. These download URLs all begin with https://bingadsappsstorageprod.blob.core.windows.net. Not sure if the API is suddenly returning bad URLs, or if the URL is actually down?

The API call tracking ID for one of the recent attempts is 22dee5fb-ccd4-4b53-bee6-ffedd5d474f1

    This has been resolved. My network team had made a DNS change without my knowledge.
