The basic steps are to click Load Driver at this step and supply the manufacturer controller driver to continue
afraid it doesn't look supported for windows 11 but all the Dell drivers can be downloaded here.

Had the same problem on my ASUS TUF F15 FX507ZU4-LP054 with M.2 SSD PCI Express 4.0
Solution for me was to deactivate VMD in BIOS.
After that hard disk was recognized and Win 11 installation worked without any problems.
