Dynamics365を利用しようと、Teamsからアプリ追加を行いました。
しかし、下記エラーメッセージが表示され、先に進めることができません。

弊社システム管理者に確認をしたところ、
管理者画面に「基本的なMicrosoft Teams統合を有効にする」を「はい」に変更の項目が
ないと言っています。

このような場合の解決策をご教示ください。

    According to the document you provided: Please change "Enable Enhanced Microsoft Teams Integration" to "Yes", and wait for a while after the change.

    If the problem persists after a while, try clearing the Teams cache and try again.
