how to fix max core usage and maximum memory usage in windows 11

here is the image that shows error.

i cannot use my maximum cores and memory in my laptop it shows some error (given in screenshot ) if this is bug hope to get solved asap. if not can anyone out there help ?Screenshot 2023-08-25 084443

    Both Windows 11 and Windows 10 support multi-core processors by default and turn on all of the cores.Windows controls the available CPU cores by default. They are only utilised when it is necessary to expedite the tasks. You can manually turn on some of them or all of them, though.

    If you feel that your computer could perform better and is currently running slowly, you can manually enable all cores to divide the workload between them and speed up performance. Additionally, the System BIOS needs to have this feature enabled. In the BIOS, look for the Hyper Threading settings and then choose Enabled.
