This sounds like an issue with the Microsoft Authenticator app. Try doing this:
- Try to login to Teams or another app. When asked for the verification code, don't switch to the Authenticator app yet.
- You should see a notification on your phone from the Authenticator app with the verification code. Swipe down on this notification to reveal actions.
- Tap on the action "Approve".
If the above steps don't work, you may need to reset your Microsoft Authenticator app. Here's how:
- Open the app on your device.
- Go to the settings menu.
- Look for “Reset Account” or “Remove Account”.
- Select the account to reset and confirm.
