Problems installing updates 800f0986

Question

Hi, I'm getting error 800f0986 when I try to install the june or july update for windows 2019
In the cbs file I get such messages. Tell me how to solve the problem?

1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

2. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter 
    ->  C:\Windows\Temp
    ->   %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp


3. Also there is a new guided walk-through from Microsoft for repairing Windows Update that leads up to resetting components if necessary: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors

If that fails try manually resetting Windows Update Service:
Open administrative Command Prompt and type following commands one-by-one followed by Enter key.

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

Reboot your Machine.

What is the patch number you installed?

In this situation, we recommend that you install the August update to see if this issue occurs.
