Hi

I will test to update Windows 10 1909 with English version. The customer have Windows 10 in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian version.

My question if is enough test if I install manually Language package instead to have Windows 10 in Swedish , Danish or Norwegian Windows 10 Version ?

Yes, you can manually install Language package. Or you can also do this via task sequence:
