How to automate all outlook meetings being sent as an invite into another calendar

Hi,

I have an Outlook calendar that is used for work with Client A. Client A schedules appointments directly into my Outlook calendar using my Client A email address.

What I need help with...

I would like to set up automation in my Client A Outlook Calendar so that every time a meeting is made within in, it triggers an automatic invite into a different calendar for Client B using my client B email address.

Is this possible?

The reason I want this is because I don't want client A to see my Client B appointments, but I am happy for my Client B to see my Client A appointments. I use the Client B calendar as my master calendar which shows all my appointments. I am then integrating my client B calendar with Squarespace scheduling so that appointments can be booked online.

Thanks

    Hi @Laura Gaunt ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Client A schedules appointments directly into my Outlook calendar using my Client A email address.

Does Client A give shared permission to you to access his calendar and you add his calendar in your calendar?

I would like to set up automation in my Client A Outlook Calendar so that every time a meeting is made within in, it triggers an automatic invite into a different calendar for Client B using my client B email address.

The most convenient way is to create a rule for Client A email address to forward all meeting invitations to Client B email address via File>Manage Rules & Alerts>New Rule. More information: Manage email messages by using rules.
