2-factor authentication. I want to add more than 5 Microsoft Authenticator App devices to my account.

Hello,

Within our organization, it is essential to have access to the email accounts of all our colleagues. In my Microsoft account, I can only link 5 Authentication App devices. However, given that we have more than 5 team members, I am inquiring whether it's feasible to grant access to more than 5 individuals using my account.

If extending access beyond this limit is not an option, I would appreciate it if you could suggest any alternative solutions.

Based on the information I searched, an account can only set up Microsoft authenticator app on 5 different devices. As an alternative, you can use security information such as text messages, phone calls, or security keys as a method of two-step verification.
