- You might not have the permission to add events to the calendar. You need to have at least the Edit permission level to do so. You can check your permission level by following these steps:
- Go to the List settings.
- Click Permission for this list.
- On the Permissions tab, click Check Permissions.
- Enter your name or email address, and then click Check Now.
- You will see a list of permissions that you have on the list. Look for the Edit permission level or higher.
Note: If you cannot complete the above steps, it means that your permission level is insufficient. Please contact the site administrator or site owner to ask them to give you sufficient permissions.
- You might be using a different layout for the calendar. The +Add option only appears on the Day, Week, or Month views of the calendar. You can change the layout by clicking the View Options button on the top right corner of the calendar, and then selecting one of these views.
- You might be using an incompatible browser or device. The +Add option is not supported on some browsers or devices, such as Internet Explorer 10 or earlier, Safari on Mac, or iOS devices. You can try using a different browser or device, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Android devices.
