Trying to use Free F0 in cognitive services

Question

I set up Computer Vision Cognitive Services, but the service was not running properly so I deactivated it and made a new one, but when I got to the tier pricing I was unable to use the Free F0 tier. The message was that I already one set up at F0 and it would not allow two. How can totally delete the first one I created so that I can apply the F0 free account to the one that works?

As we know we can create only one free tier resource per Azure subscription. If you have already deleted a resource, then this could be an issue with soft delete.

Please purge the deleted resource to create a new one by following this documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/manage-resources?tabs=azure-portal

After opening the cognitive service, there is a Delete button at the top.

After deletion you sometimes need to wait a few minutes for the deletion to fully complete.
