Cannot delete tenant

Hi,

i want to delete an unused Azure Tenant. But it is not working since weeks. It shows problems with "License-based subscriptions" and "Microsoft Azure subscriptions". I cannot see "license-based subscriptions" in the Azure Portal and in the M365 Portal neither. Also there are no active Azure subscriptions. I cannot contact support also because it shows that i don't have privileges to create a support request.
