I would like to see a list of all the autocomplete email addresses outlook has stored for me so that I can copy them into my contacts. Is there a way to do this? I don't want to copy the autofill file to another computer, I want to see a list of all the email adresses autocomplete has saved for me, so that I can save them into my contacts, or copy and use them from a different email address

Hi @Tory Pope
What is your account type (Exchange\IMAP\POP)?
I agree with the NK2Edit tool used in the article provided by @Hal Hostetler MVP-Outlook above to view all autocomplete lists.
As far as I know, there is not an option in Outlook for you to export addresses from autocomplete list or convert them to contacts directly. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!
In addition, the official documentation also provides a method to copy and import the autocomplete list, you can refer to: Import or copy the AutoComplete list to another computer - Microsoft Support.
Hope this helps!
