Please try download the media again from this URL but using a different Web Browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome) or from a different computer You may be trying to install a corrupted download.

Check Update & Security on your Windows PC, if there is a pending update for Windows, please update the computer and the issue may go away after installing them and restarting the computer.

Disable any antivirus or security software like Avira, Avast, etc.

Run setup as administrator as explained here.
