I can't use react on WSL2

Question

I'm having a problem, I still could not solve:

('wsl.localhostUbuntuhomerafaelwork-projectsfirstapp')

CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current folder.

UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows folder.

'react-scripts' is not recognized as an internal command

or external, an operable program or a batch file.

This appears when I try to create a react application in wsl, in cmd windows goes well, does anyone know how to revolve?
