When starting up, the UEFI loads and i can't get into the windows only after several times, at least more than 5 times..then it would open windows. so I have to switch off and on many times.. what's the problem?
What happens when you cannot get into Windows. What do you see? Black screen or is there a message? Once you get into Windows is there anything in the Event log that indicates the boot error?
