@Anonymous Referencing another thread. Adding Virtual Machines tag. I think the series in question is being retired, you could try to create a different VM type and check if it works. Thanks!!

The specific SKU you mention is being retired in favour of some of the newer GPU based VM's. For availability of N-series VMs, see Products available by region
