I have this problem in the home screen

Good afternoon. I have this problem in my daughter's laptop. It has parenteral control (Microsoft family), but now this sign show in the screen and the windows key and the search bar are blocked, I am not able to open the settings.,.. What can I do this?

1. Press Windows Key +R
2. Type control and press enter to open control panel.
3. Type troubleshooting in the control panel search box and open it.
4. Click "view all" on the left pane.
5. Run the Search and indexing troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

a. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

b. Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and press Enter.

c. Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth and press Enter.

d. Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.

It sounds like the parental control service might be corrupted or disabled. You can try to fix the parental control service by following these steps:

1. Make sure your daughter is signed out of her account.
2. Sign in with an administrator account and find the folder that contains the corrupted files. There are two ways to do this. The easiest way is to enter the complete file path: On the Start screen, type and press Enter.C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls
3. Delete all the files in this folder, except for .ParentalControls.activity.xml
4. Restart the computer and sign in with your daughter’s account. The parental control service should be working again.
