The issue could be due to not having necessary permissions to access the virtual desktop resource.
- Check the permissions of the user account you are using to access the resources. Ensure the user account has necessary permissions to access VD such as host pool and VM.
- Verify that the VD and associated resources are in the same region as the user account you are using to access them. If they are in different regions, you may not be able to access the resources.
- Check the status of VD and ensure they are in running state, if they are not, you may not be able to access them. You can check the status in the portal.
