Prioritise One Outlook Account Over Another

I run MS365 on a mac.
I have multiple email profiles - gmail, MS365 X2 accounts.
I want to prioritise my own Outlook365 profile as the default for integrations such as Calendly and iCal etc and I'm finding a client's Outlook profile is taking priority.
What to do?
