Hi All,
We have deployed Intune company portal for almost 10K machines. Seems the users are accessing company portal and downloading other unwanted apps like Amazon, movie app etc...
We wanted to provision or show only the apps approved by admins. Is there a way or policy to set this condition. Please suggest.
Company portal contains the apps that you manage and make it available to the users. Unless you make unwanted apps available, users shouldn't be able to install them. Are you perhaps referring to Microsoft public store by any chance?
I am sorry, yes. Cud u pls suggest on how to restrict on Microsoft Store
@karthik palani If you want to disable access to Microsoft Store, it is suggested to try to configure the setting "Turn off the Store application".

For this issue, did you deploy these unwanted apps in available assignment to the users via intune? As Rahul Jindal said, if not, these unwanted apps will not display in the company portal app.
