I can see the text busy but not working elsewhere in outlook calendar

Question

I can't see if any of my collegues are working elsewhere (there are not any text), but I can see the text busy.

If I go to my colleague then she can see the text working elsewhere.

For our better research, please provide more information about this case:

Without seeing your attachment, I would like to refer to what kind of text busy you see?

What type of client are you using? As far as I know, this status is only recognized and supported in Outlook for Windows, OWA, and new version on Mac. If you use another client or application to sync your calendar, it won't show up as Working Elsewhere.

It's also possible that if you're using Exchange 2013, this is a known issue. Here is a similar thread that you can refer to: Working elsewhere calendar status shows as free in scheduling assistant - Microsoft Q&A.
