How to reset/bring the laptop in OOBE for enrolling the device in Autopilot profile after clean-up the device which we wanted to repurpose the devices?

For example: We have a employee who left the company and now we received the that employees laptop back from him but once we receive it back we do clean-up and wanted to reuse to another employee/new joiners in the company. So that how we can bring that laptop into OOBE window when new joiner start the laptop and that laptop should pick-up the Autopilot profile with new joiners work credentials.

Best option is to use Wipe option from Intune console on the device menu, but you can also do Autopilot reset. From my experience Wipe works the best and it reinstalls / resets Windows OS to catch up autopilot profile again in the OOBE phase.
