My Certiport ID is not Linked with Microsoft ID

Hi Team,

My certiport ID is 995557116 & my MCID is 995348779. I've given SC-900 exam from certiport but not able to see transcript under https://learn.microsoft.com/

Please link my Certiport ID with Microsoft so that I can view transcript details under Microsoft.
