Completed AZ900 cert last friday and recieved no credit on Microsoft Learn; with no attached profiles

Question

Hi I completed AZ900 last friday and passed but have no certification to show from it. I have no other accounts linked or attached and have only been doing the cert from my work laptop. Last friday I successfully completed the cert and I received the email regarding a congrats w a cert ID but then the instructions to view lead me no where.

Why can't I view this cert under my learning? Can someone help me track what account is connected with my cert ID?
