Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 license VS 2022

I have a Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 licens, and I have seen that we could upgrade and use it in Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2022 without problems.
But I can't activate my VS 2022 anymore.

Has it been changed or what is there a problem with the license servers again?

    Where did you buy the Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 from?

    Do you have any error message when activating the VS 2022 Professional? 

    Please make sure that your Visual Studio subscription is active.
