    Hello,

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Kindle policy

If you don’t want your users to have access to this, All you need to do is:

please go to the cloud policy link, find Send to Kindle policy and set it to disable. Once the policy is set to disable, when this feature ships, the policy will automatically be in place and users will not be able to have access to this feature.

    https://config.office.com/

    OR

navigate to the section where you manage policies. This might be under "Security & Compliance Center," "Exchange," "SharePoint," or a similar category.

Locate the policy you want to disable. kindle policy

look for an option to edit the policy settings.

Within the policy settings, there should be an option to enable or disable the policy.

    and see it helps.

    Thank you
