Another Azure class question

In the class, I am directed to create a virtual machine in the sandbox. The form does not recognize the Concierge Subscription. Can you please comment on what I should do next? User's image

    In this exercise, once you activate the sandbox and access the provided portal link, the Concierge Subscription is automatically enabled. This subscription is temporary and is provided to facilitate the completion of activities within the learning path.
