I’m sorry, but I couldn’t find any information about transferring a block senders list from PC Outlook to Mac Outlook. However, you can block or unblock a sender in Outlook for Mac by selecting a message from the sender whom you want to block, then in the Outlook menu bar select Message > Junk Mail > Block Sender. Outlook will add the sender’s email address to the blocked senders list.
