Converting Word to PDF using Graph API loses Track Changes

Hi,

I use the Graph API to convert a word document to PDF. The PDF output does not show the track changes. I need the new additions in the word document to be highlighted in red color. This however, works as expected when I do "Save As" PDF document within Word. Is there a way that I can retain these changes when converted to PDF using graph API?
