with Android 13 system, the Intune company portal can not intall the CA certificate automatically.

Dear Intune support team:
I'm install the intune to access my company's Teams and e-mail. but during the register process, i has create the work filed. and during the register process, many security credentials(CA certificate) need install. but it need install manually. so i do not know how to fix this, i need ask my company IT for these certificate, and i install manually? Thanks a lot.

To clarify this issue, has this android device been managed by intune? If yes, it is suggested to try to contact your company IT to confirm if the CA certificate is deployed to your android device. And you can also get the CA certificate from your company IT and try to install it manually.
As far as normal processes are concerned, it is firstly suggested to contact your company IT to get help.

I also ask our IT, and according to the feedback, these certificate is automation process, so they can not give me the these certificates. It would be nice that you can share how to find these certificate and download it? and I can show it to my IT. Thanks a lot.

2023-08-29T05:35:20.1366667+00:00 Intune doesn't have certificates. Intune just help to push certificates. what I know about certificate is limited. If possible, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to get more help. Here is the support link:
