Hello Vibol SARY (NP SECURE CO.,LTD)

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Please troubleshoot the issue as below:

1.Check the operating system version of the RODCs.

2.Check if you edit other GPOs except this one on RODC, can you see Script (Startup/Shutdown) option?

3.Check if you edit the same GPO on RWDC, can you see Script (Startup/Shutdown) option?

4.Check if you edit other GPOs except this one on RWDC, can you see Script (Startup/Shutdown) option?

5.You can run Dcdiag /v on this RODC to check the result if there is any error message.

6.You can try to check AD replication on PDC by running command below.
    repadmin /showrepl
    repadmin /replsum

7.Restart one RODC to edit the same GPO and check if you can see
    Script (Startup/Shutdown) option.

8.Check whether you have made any change in AD before the issue occurs.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Daisy Zhou
