After Update path KB5029244 Most of my User Got a problem reloading the program when power on I've solved some of the problems, both doing KIR and

disabled Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser in Task Scheduler>Task Scheduler Library>Microsoft>Application Experience>Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser - disable)

After August 25th, I am informed that KB5029331 will resolve this issue. But I'm still getting the problem, I'm not sure if anyone has found it. Some problems after Update kb5029331

Can anyone give me some advice on what could be causing this problem and what we can do to work around it?

    Hello there,

Is there anything in event viewer?

I would suggest you to use proc mon to identify if there is nothing on the event viewer.

A ClickOnce application is any Windows Presentation Foundation (.xbap), Windows Forms (.exe), console application (.exe), or Office solution (.dll) published using ClickOnce technology. The process of publishing a ClickOnce application offers three distinct ways from a web page, via a network file share, or leveraging traditional media like a CD-ROM.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
