Not able to deploy the environment and not able to use EV series in my azure subscription

Hi in my LCS , I am not able to Deploy the environment , whenever I am trying to deploy it , It is showing error i.e. The current subscription does not allow the VM sku,either because they do not exist in the current region or because of the restriction code.

And also it is showing this error whenever I am using EV series during deployment

Hi Rachit,

Are you trying to deploy Ev3 series VMs in Jio India West Region? If yes they are currently in high demand and you would need to create a new support request to get access after a delay. You could try with different size, for example, Ev4 series and see if that succeeds.

If you are not deploying to Jio India West but are seeing allocation or other errors I would suggest trying with a different (but similar) instance size such as Ev4 series and see if that is successful. Please review pricing so that you are aware how much the different size will cost.

Hi, whichever size of vm I am trying other then ev series also , it is showing the same error

What is the precise error message? You might have to click the message, click raw tab, etc., to get to point where it shows the full error.

What subscription type are you trying this with? Azure Free, Pay-as-you-go, Azure Student, ?

Which Azure Region are you deploying to?

West India region and the error is the same and the subscription is taken by our company , please suggest something

I'm asking for the precise error message because it may help me narrow down the cause. You can find full error text in the Activity Log in the portal. Below article describes in more detail how to troubleshoot these types of errors:

As a test you could try Easv5 series VM (e.g. Standard_E2as_v5 instead of Standard_E2s_v3).

I just tested and was able to successfully create an Standard_E2s_v3 VM in West India region. I used Create a Virtual Machine in the portal, not LCS, to create the VM.

But I have to deploy a cloud hosted environment in LCS project so when I try to deploy It with ev series or any other option of vm in the list and click deploy , I am getting the same error

If you can provide more specific details on the error you are seeing from the Azure Activity Log I would be happy to investigate further in case the issue is Azure-related.
