    Hello@ Handian Sudianto

    • When you enabled SMB 1 on your Windows 11 PC, did you also configure the necessary sharing permissions for the folder you want to share? Incorrect permission could cause authentication failure issue.
    • Did you also enable the specific SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support feature from the Windows Features settings? Both devices should support SMB 1 so they can communicate.
    • Have you checked whether there's any firewall or security software on your Windows 11 PC ? Firewall might be blocking the incoming connection from your CCTV device .
    • Have you tried accessing the shared folder from another device?  We can identify if the issue is specific to the CCTV device or if it's a broader problem.

    Best regards,

    Hi @Anonymous

The problem was solved now, i enter *@mydomain.com as username on my cctv application in my phone, when i capture SMB traffic using Wireshark i can see the username send from cctv application to window 11 is mydomain*@mydomain.com so windows not recognize this username. When i fill only cctv as username, the cctv app can access to the SMB.
