Failed to register the AZ-900 exam

Hi,

I am one enterprise user. I just finished the training of AZ-900, then I register the exam of az-900 via Schedule with person VUE. the page transferred sign in page asking me put account Information. when I fill my account, it says the account does not exist... can you tell me? how this happens and fix it?
