If SQL Browser service does not appear in Services, I'll suggest you run the sql installer and run a repair of your instance

I am trying to install and configure SolarWinds. I receive the below error, I have also done research on steps to fix problem however I got stuck at the SQL Server Browser as it does not show up in my services nor in the SQL server configuration manager.

Please make sure that you have installed SQL Server successfully.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, point to Configuration Tools, and then click SQL Server Configuration Manager.
Check: Determine Whether the Database Engine Is Installed and Started
