New Outlook is (randomly) delaying some outgoing messages by days?

When I send messages in the New Outlook [version 1.2023.816.100 (Production) ], some messages are not sent for a few hours, the next day, or even up to 4 days. How do I repair this issue or roll back the version to when this didn't happen?

    Do these delayed messages have specific characteristics?

    In New Outlook, you can only set a single message to delay sending. If you have not set a delay in sending but the email is delayed, there may be large attachments, network problems, server problems, etc. We recommend that you switch back to classic to check for discrepancies.

    I have submitted feedback on this same issue.

    I have been made aware of emails that I clicked send and assumed were sent... that were not until even a week later when recipient replied to me with questions...

    I started checking every email I send and noticed this happens to me at least 1-2 times per week.

    The email I clicked send on is not in sent items nor drafts... I wait and still do not see it... The second I close new outlook and open classic outlook.. it sends and appears in my sent items folder.

    I have attempted to switch back to new outlook several times and have had this issue every time... on different workstations. I have resorted to only using classic outlook and advising end users to do the same due to this issue.

    I have not received a response from any of my feedback entries on this issue.

    Totally useless, I did not ask for outlook (new) and can't send messages i have been doing for the last 5 years or more
