Can't login to Teams and Technet

I can successfully login at https://www.microsoft.com/sv-se/ using my work credentials.
But if I try to login at TechCommunity tru "Sign in" button then credentials seems to be accepted but when browser returns I'm still not logged in. And if I anyway try to post a question then I provide my login credentials to the login popup, but then the login popup keeps coming back over and over again until it stops asking for which account to use. If I try to use the same account it just comes back and asks for the account.
I also can't login to Teams using my account. But Teams work fine for another account.

I've completely uninstalled Teams but it doesn't make a difference.
So to summarize. My account works fine at www.microsoft.com but it doesn't work at other login points at Microsoft.

I cleared all cookies for microsoft.com and Edge cache, and then logged in to microsoft.com which works. But "Sign in" to Microsoft Tech Community still doesn't work.

I then changed password when I logged in again to www.microsoft.com to force a password update. It worked fine.

I then tried to login to reply to another thread at learn.microsoft.com with the same password as for www.microsoft.com (where a selection of work or private account pops up), but it wasn't accepted. But the old password for www.microsoft.com was accepted.

But still login to techcommunity.microsoft.com does not work.

Logging in to www.office.com still works automatically (don't have to enter password even if I cleared all cookies) so I don't have a clue what password is used there. But when I try to change my password there I get "An unexpected error occured"!!!! I can see the overview but when I try to open any of the settings result in the same error. What's going on?

I've also tried to login from my Android phone to techcommunity.microsoft.com and exactly the same thing occurs:

  1. I click on the user icon in the upper right corner
  2. The login page opens and I provide my login email address
  3. Confirm email
  4. Select work/school account
  5. Enter password
  6. No error message is shown, page at 1) reappears but user icon is unchanged. And if I click on it the login procedure starts again

The above shows that the problem is not in my system but rather in MS login system.

How can I report this to MS?
