Hi, this problem is on a Lenovo Ideapad 3. The first problem was it was being extremely slow, taking 100% of the disc, and so I followed some recommendations and restarted my computer. However, when I restarted, it said there was no pin and to download but it keeps looping. So then I pressed shift and restart and tried doing the options there, but it says my password is incorrect. I know for certain it is correct because I can log in to everything besides that, so what should I do?

    You can reset password:

Reset your Windows local account password

If you have administrative access to your computer, you can reset the password using Command Prompt. Here's how:

    a. Boot your computer into the Advanced Startup Options. You can do this by restarting your computer and repeatedly pressing the F8 or Shift + F8 key before the Windows logo appears.

    b. Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt."

    c. In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

    net user [your_username] [new_password]

Replace "[your_username]" with your actual username and "[new_password]" with the new password you want to set.

    d. Restart your computer and log in with the new password.
