Cannot download anything from microsoft servers

Question

Hi guys. i have a problem. i was trying to download English US - voice recog, and well it was failing every time. i googled it and saw on forum some CMD cleaning commands to fix it, and some more solution but none of it works. so i decided to update windows, well i was dissapointed to see that i cannot do that. it also gives error, or it stays in downloading 0% forever. i have restored my windows to previous compilation but still no luck. i have also download Media creation tool for windows 11, and its also failing. i dont know what to do, please help.

P.S my intetnet speed is at still 2Gbps, so this is not an issue, and i can browse internet or play games, with no problem

Hi Jakub Grześk,

Can you still download from other sites? Please check your firewall rules first to ensure that no Microsoft address like download.microsoft.com is blocked. You can temporarily disable it and see if the issue persists. Also make sure your DNS settings and the hosts file are not modified.

Hi. Yes I can download from other websites. Also I can download from clients (such as steam etc). About firewall. I already have disable it and no changes. after all I have uninstalled it, and it also didn’t help.

Oh And other services as bing works just fine. DNS’s are fine - not modified
