Can’t sign in because of Authenticator

Question

I’m trying to log into upsers to check something’s for work, my computer is saying I need a code from my Authenticator app but it’s not showing up and it won’t let me set up the work account in the Authenticator app either.

A microsoft work account? If so you'll need to assistance of admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can link up the authentication device with your account.
