    What do you mean by saying "reserved storage"? Could you share more detailed information, for example, a piece of screenshot?

    Based on current description, we can try the following

    1, use "treesize" (third-party software) to display the disk usage clearly

    2, run disk cleanup to see if we can clean up the system file, for example, the OS upgrade file, which is kept for 30 days for uses to revert back and it usually eats up more than 30G

    3, check if "system restore" is enabled and you can turn if off if is it not needed.
