Hello, I have a serious problem. I need help to solve it. It is related to my personal account. Many years ago I participated in the Imagen Cup and because of this the Azure platform gave me a lifetime account to continue doing creative projects. The truth is that I only use it to be able to pass the certification exams. For some reason I don't know. My personal account has been linked to the World Bank group platform. For obvious reasons I can't log in I'm not authorized to log in. I DO NOT WORK AT THE WORLD BANK. What I don't understand is why my personal account is linked to that institution if I have never done anything for them.

I delete the cookies and still it still directs me to the world bank's azure page. I need someone to help me with this. None of this makes sense.

Hello Juan Carlos, I'm facing the same issue. I'm still employed by the World Bank; however, I bought a new laptop from Best Buy. It came with Windows 11 and I bough Office365 Personal. I used my gmail for these purchases; however, when I wanted to use the free Azure account, I receive the error you're showing. It looks like my gmail is linked to the WOrld Bank Azure portal. I can't even subscribe to the Microsoft Developer Program. HELP PLEASE!!
