How can I issue an invoice that corresponds to the Japan invoice system starting in October 2023?

When I create a PDF from an invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center, the invoice number of "Japan Microsoft Corporation" is not listed.

In Japan, the invoice system will be launched in October 2023, and invoices without an invoice number are not eligible for tax deduction, so we would like you to issue an invoice with the invoice number.
