Can people look up who owns a specific azurewebsites.net domain, or see who owns a resource group?

ex: i look in the network tab and see a certain azure.net service endpoint has been hit, can i find who owns this app service plan?

Privacy is a hot topic right now, so I don't think "who owns this app service plan" can be made visible to everyone. If you represent a company and would like to verify if something belongs to a plan owned by your company, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance.

Hello @payton white

Subdomains are registered in azurewebsites.net domain automatically by Azure, when you create App Service.
Azure owns all DNS Zone azurewebsites.net so you cannot know what person owns subdomains.

As you do not have access to Resource groups in other Azure accounts you cannot get private data.
